A label has ruled that troubled pop star Britney Spears must be examined by a court-appointed shrink to determine if she understands the legal transactions involving her.
Reuters reports that Los Angeles Superior Margaret Court Commissioner Winfield Scott Gordon ordered on Mon that the psychiatrist file a study on the 26-year-old's mental condition by 13 February.
